Creamy, sweet and ready to use straight from the tub, Coles Vanilla Buttercream is the perfect icing to pipe onto 12 cupcakes or use as a cake filling or covering. Food colours can be added to the buttercream icing for an additional creative touch! How to use: 1. Gently mix for 30 seconds to loosen up mixture. 2. For decorating, fill a piping bag fitted with the desired shaped nozzle and pipe onto cupcakes or cake. 3. For a smooth finish to top a cake or for masking, use a spatula or knife to spread gently over the surface of the cake. Chefs tip: Allow cupcakes or cake to cool before applying buttercream icing. Slight separation may be visible. This can be mixed in before use
