I am a special passata because I am made with long tomatoes that are ripened under the Puglian sun. Harvested by our own farmers, and immediately processed by expert hands only in the months of August and September, the best months to be bottled. Sweet and tasty, they admire me because I turn every dish into a delicious recipe. The love for the tomato motivates Rosso Gargano to follow it from sowing to harvest, with great care and a strong belief in keeping all its properties intact. 100% Puglian, Italian tomatoes, selected by hand, processed to a minimum, and reaching your table as if they have just been picked, with all the flavours of the land.
