Teriyaki Beef Teriyaki is a combination of two Japanese words "teri" and "yaki." Ted means a shine or lustre given by the sauce and yaki refers to the cooking method grilling or broiling. Teriyaki Beef is a savoury sweet tasting Asian dish. Lee Kum Kee's Ready Sauce is a perfect accompaniment for meats, poultry and seafood. It can also be used as a barbecue sauce. Serve with a green salad, noodles or freshly steamed rice.
