CARNATION Lite Cooking Cream is made from fresh Australian milk and has 57% less fat than regular cream. It is a long life cream making it a versatile alternative to fresh cream. CARNATION Lite Cooking Cream has no added preservatives and does not need cornflour to thicken. It is the ideal cooking ingredient for delicious, creamy savoury dishes such as curries, pastas, soups and risottos, or you can use as a sweet ingredient in desserts such as Panna Cotta.
