The process involves 100% durum wheat, free range eggs, generations of Italian know-how and a lot of love. The pasta is slow dried at low temperatures for up to 24 hours, maximising taste, proteins and nutrients. Drawn through traditional bronze dies, this special process gives the pasta its light-yellow characteristic and a textured finish, allowing sauce to adhere better. Eat Pasta is locally made from 100% Australian ingredients.
