This fully flavoured stock with no added salt or yeast extracts is made the traditional way. with genuine Australian free range grass fed cattle. We slowly simmer the bones with our specially selected vegetables and herbs for at least 10 hours, and then reduce the liquid. The result is a stock with a remarkable purity and depth of flavour. No added salt so you are in control - add salt to taste No added yeast extracts or other flavour enhancers - these are used in most other stocks as a means of artificially boosting flavour
