The finest Bundaberg Rum blended with aged reserves mellowed in heavily charred American Oak barrels with notes of 13 spices, fruit nectars & citrus zest. This rum presents warming aromas of sweet dried spices, notably cinnamon, clove and nutmeg humming over the sweetness of orange marmalade, fresh vanilla bean and dark caramel. Upon tasting, golden syrup, star anise and an earthy, ginger spice, lead to roasted notes of raw cacao flowing across an energised palate escalating to a dry and lingering tingle of black pepper and fresh liquorice.
