This Italian Prosecco Rosé DOC is from the heart of the Prosecco DOC region, in northeast Italy. With a provencal pink colour, this millesimato sparkling wine made from glera and pinot noir grapes is obtained through the Charmat method. A well-structured, elegant style of prosecco with a fine persistent bubble, delicate floral aromas with hints of red fruits. On the palate it is dry, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Enjoy as an aperitif, with seafood or cheese.
