A pure rice sake that goes well with various dishes with a clear and refreshing quality. It is a dish that is carefully prepared at low temperature and has a swelling taste. Saito Shuzo, founded in 1895 is located in Kyoto Japan. Eikun Junmai Sake is made of local style rice named 'Shine of Kyoto' and the renowned spring water (Fushimizu) with apple yeast at low temperature, resulted a delicate and smooth Sake with honey scented sweetness finish by the moderate malic acid from the yeast to balance the taste> Match with cheese or fresh salmon. Best served at room temperature.
