The palate is texturally viscous with a creamy like feel, it is filled with sweet, concentrated flavors of raisins, honey and marmalade over fine spirit, marzipan and some classic barrel aged rancio characters. Enjoy with dark chocolate, hard cheeses, or simply savor it on its own. This wine spent a minimum age of 5 years in small oak casks. These years spent maturing, combined with 6 generations of fortified experience ensures that the wine is consistent in its quality and style year in, year out. The wine is blended and matured ready for immediate enjoyment.
