Fresh Yuzu Gin offers amazing aromatics that are a mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit. Finger lime adds some deeper citrus character. The palate also features ginger, turmeric and sencha genmaicha, a Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice, for depth of flavour. Brilliant in a gin highball with almost any citrus garnish.
