Rich and diverse soil types combine with a continental climate to produce beautifully textured wines with layers of interesting flavours. Bird's Eye View is no exception, a layered, mouth filling wine with red currant and ripe plum fruits, black pepper and spice, with excellent tannin structure and length. The integrated French and American oak add a further layer of toasty spice notes to make a well rounded wine.Opaque core with deep purple tint to the rim.
