Decolour Stripper Safely removes both natural and artificial colour pigment in a safe, controlled way enabling effective and immediate re-colouring. Previously a treatment only available in salons, Decolour Stripper uses a safe, super gentle pigment remover which safely and effectively removes both natural and artificial colour pigments using the lowest level of peroxide and no ammonia. The lightened hair can be recoloured immediately after the stripping process. Taking less than an hour this unique formula creates a lighter base which can be effectively and immediately recoloured.
