Rounded aromas of ripe mulberry fruit are supported by lifted juniper and citrus. The palate is full and juicy, with initial berry sweetness followed by lingering herbal and peppery complexity. Mulberries are harvested in October - November for this seasonal treat. Pure cane sugar spirit is infused with juniper for 48 hours, then Riverland orange zest takes a brief dip. The liquor is copper post distilled, retaining the refined 'heart', before whole mulberries are introduced and steeped for five days. Gently finished with our basket press and a final filter.
