Docket is a daily price game. Five real products from the big supermarkets, one guess each, and the same five for everyone in Australia that day. It takes about a minute, it needs no account, and it is a good test of how well you actually know what things cost.
Play it at grovena.com.au/docket.
A round
You see the product, its name and size, and the chain selling it. Type what you think it costs there and lock it in. There is no going back, and the answer only appears afterwards, along with what the other chains charge for the same thing.

The fifth round is often a twist: what the product cost about a year ago, and what it costs now.
Scoring
Closer is worth more, up to 100 a round and 500 for a perfect game:
| How close | Scores |
|---|---|
| To the cent | 100 |
| Within 5% | 90 or more |
| Within 20% | 64 or more |
| Further out | less, down to 0 |
Being out by a little costs a little. Being wildly out scores nothing rather than going negative. Your total comes with a title, from Shelf Savant at the top down to Someone Else Shops.
Sharing it
Your result is a row of five squares, one for each round's band. It says how you did and nothing about the prices, so you can post it anywhere without spoiling the day for anyone else. You can share it as text or as a card image.
One a day, and your streak
A new puzzle starts at midnight, Sydney time. Playing without an account is the default and always will be. Signing in keeps your streak and carries the day's result between devices, so the game you played on your phone is the one your laptop shows.
